Vet Talk: Natasha Graham

Currumbin Wildlife Hospital is lucky to have a dedicated and highly respected team of wildlife veterinarians, nurses, support staff, volunteers, and wildlife carers.

Our world-class Hospital is home to trusted leaders in wildlife care, conservation, and research in Australia and worldwide.

Natasha Graham

Title: Veterinary Nurse

Qualifications: Cert 4 vet nursing

Time at CWH: I started volunteering when I was 16 in 2005 and started casual work in December 2007.

Motivation to save wildlife: Love for our native animals and their habitats.

Favourite Wildlife Species: Always hard to pick a favourite. I love when I go bird watching and I identify a bird I haven’t seen before, I could sit for hours observing them.

Most Memorable Patient: Oden, a young male koala that was on the brink of death multiple times, but who managed to be released. There is an art piece featuring him in the waiting room that I regularly visit for hope.
