75th Cocktail Party Wrap Up!
Thank you to everyone who supported Currumbin Wildlife Hospital and Currumbin Wildlife Conservation at our Community Cocktail Party, celebrating 75 years of Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary! It was a festive night as we enjoyed being surrounded by trees, wildlife, great music, and festive cocktails. It was an amazing opportunity to view the Alex Griffiths memorial theatre with our wonderful community.
The Fundraising team was thrilled to meet so many amazing people who bought raffle tickets, seeded cards, 2023 wildlife calendars, Walkways for Wildlife Pavers and more, all in the name of supporting wildlife conservation. Together we raised $3,310!
To our local supporters, a big thanks to you for donating such fabulous prizes:
- Ariane Vodka for donating a very festive raffle prize of 6 bottles of Ariane Vodka, plus the recipe and Ariane Vodka to make the delicious 75th Celebration Cocktails served to guests on arrival!
- The Surfboard Warehouse for delivering a gorgeous looking longboard which drew a great deal of attention and was won by one of our very happy NTAQ Directors who said “she never wins anything”.
- Tugun Market & Co for donating a huge hamper chock full of delicious goodies, so beautifully wrapped and presented.
- Dianne Osborne for the incredible 3D artwork, inspired by the artwork of Natalie Jane Parker.
The funds raised will go towards wildlife conservation and research programs at Currumbin Wildlife Hospital and Currumbin Wildlife Conservation, so our wildlife can be enjoyed for many generations to come.
