10am Pelican and Eel Feeding

Live Pelican and Eel feeding at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary

Fun fact - the Pelicans and Eels are actually wild animals, they just know exactly when feeding time is every day! Learn about where they’ve come from and what they eat, as the slimy Eels and friendly Pelicans wait for their meal!

10.15am Blinky Bill Show

Blinky Bill's Rookie Ranger Conservation Show at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary

A must-do for families with young bubs and children! A fun, interactive, fast-paced show that will have everyone singing, dancing and most importantly learning about conservation and recycling!

10.45am Wild Skies Bird Show

WildSkies Conservation Show at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary

A true highlight for young and young at heart, Wild Skies introduces audiences to the majestic world of birds - taking a journey through the past, present and into the future. Hold onto your hats though, these birds like to get very close!

11.30am Currumbin Wildlife Hospital Presentation

Currumbin Widlife Hospital Presentation

Currumbin Wildlife Hospital is located inside Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and is one of the busiest wildlife hospitals in the world! Stop by and see the amazing veterinary staff in action, treating, rehabilitating and releasing precious wildlife.

12pm Ride the train

Take a quick trip to your next spot on our much-loved train, or sit back, relax and enjoy a few laps to take in the amazing scenery. The train travels around the entire Sanctuary, with space for prams so families with bubs can ride along too.

*Please note, trains are currently not running due to essential track works and crossing upgrades. Trains will resume their regular journey times starting mid-August.

1pm Lunch at The Homestead

Lunch Meal at The Homestead

The Homestead is a brand new venue, offering a unique Australian Outback dining experience. Grab a refreshing drink and enjoy a meal or platter, while taking in the views and watching the Kangaroos graze nearby.

3pm Animal Encounter

Cotton-top Tamarin Animal Encounter at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary

There are so many amazing animal encounters on offer at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary! For an extra cost you can get up close with the Capybaras, Koalas, Echidnas, or even the Cotton Top Tamarins. This is an experience we guarantee you will never forget!

4pm Lorikeet Feeding

Lorikeet Feeding at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary

Where it all began! The Lorikeet feeding is what founded the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary more than 75 years ago. These colourful wild birds are not shy, and they know exactly when and where to come for a feed. An amazing experience for all ages, just remember to have your camera ready!
