Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary has a large range of scaly and slimy friends. With 38 different species of reptiles including snakes, you don’t want to miss out on seeing all our cold-blooded creatures. For something a little less frightening, head to our Frog Lab to see our experts at work breeding frogs and saving species from extinction.
Australia is home to some of the deadliest snakes in the world, however snake bites are quite rare and with the development of anti-venom there are only two deaths a year.
