You beauty!

A brand-new precinct is under construction at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and will be open just in time for the Summer school holidays!

‘Outback Springs’ will celebrate everything Australia! From food, to animals and traditional outback demonstrations.

The new multi-million dollar attraction is located within the existing Kangaroo Country precinct.

The project has been partially funded thanks to generous grants from the Federal Government’s Building Better Regions Fund and the Queensland State Government’s Tourism Experience Development Fund.

The Patio – A charming space catering to the patrons of Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, providing a delightful space where visitors can unwind and relish refreshments featuring flavours inspired by the Queensland outback.

Stage 1 of ‘Outback Springs’ will be opening to the public in early December 2023.

“The investment into this precinct is the most significant in the history of Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. It’s been a long time in the making and we are so excited that construction is now underway. We can’t wait for all our members and guests to see the first stage of the precinct unveiled, with ‘Outback Springs’ up and running at the end of the year.” – Travid Couch General Manager Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.
