Splash into Wild Island these School Holidays!

A new popular family addition has just opened at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary! Your kids can now get wet and go wild during visits to the Sanctuary.

Wild Island Adventure Splash Zone is now open and already proving popular with locals and tourists alike.

Located next to Pelican Point, just a short walk from the main entrance, this zone offers a range of timed water jets, streams and waterfalls to run through, and an adventure playground.  There are plenty of things for kids to climb on and explore including spider’s web, wobbly ropes bridges, shaded slides and a flying fox.

Parents haven’t been forgotten either.  There are mature shady trees, cool breezes and scattered seating and you will love the new 5 star Parent’s room designed to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for you to recharge your batteries.

There are centralised bathrooms, private baby feeding areas, a play area for your busy toddlers, change tables, sink and kitchenette!

Your kids will also love learning fun facts about animals from educational audio signage spread throughout the playground.

And when they get hungry, Wild Burgers, located nearby offers a great lunch menu for all to enjoy at nearby shaded picnic areas.
The Wild Island precinct offers wheelchair, pram and walker accessibility all around.
