Join us on our latest VIP encounter with two of our Ring-tailed Lemurs! Get involved with the keepers in delivering the animal’s specialized food through enrichment and puzzle devices. Get up close like no other guest can for an exclusive opportunity inside our spectacular Lost Valley Aviary when it is still closed to the general public and be escorted up on a private buggy to this location.

All participants must be at least 12 years of age to participate
No family or friends can accompany paid guests for viewing on this encounter
As you are going into operational areas, there is no stroller or wheelchair access
Appropriate enclosed footwear must be worn. No high heels
In the event of inclement weather, suitable attire should be worn or purchased from the retail outlets
A person may not physically touch an animal or items within it's home or take any objects into any animal areas unless authorised by a qualified Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary staff member
The encounter may be cancelled at any time due to reasons beyond the control of Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. To ensure the safety of guests and animals. Encounter rescheduling may be available in the case of this
You will be going into areas of the Sanctuary that are not normally accessed by guests, as such you must stay with your keeper and obey all instructions given. Failure to do so may result in the encounter being suspended
For your safety and the safety of our animals, the encounter will be stopped if participants fail to follow any safety instructions
If you have any allergies or anaphylaxis, please bring this to our attention before you book this experience. This experience involves the delivery of food for our animals
As the encounter will occur in a back of house precinct, no personal photography will be allowed during the encounter
As part of our Biosecurity Management Plan all participating guests will be issued with an Animal Encounters Authorisation lanyard for the duration of any encounter by the hosting keeper. This is to be worn and displayed for the duration of the encounter.
• To be eligible to participate you must fulfil all criteria set out in our animal encounter guidelines
• Notify us of any health issues you may have that could affect the health of our animals and keepers
• Your behaviour affects the behaviour of our animals - please be respectful and follow all directions from the keeper hosting your encounter at all times
• Please wash your hands upon entering and exiting your animal encounter
