You can also download our app (itโ€™s free) and check all show times on there. Download the app here.

I want to meet animals up close. Do you offer animal encounters?

Yes, we do! We have many encounters and experiences you can choose from, where you can get up close and personal with an animal. You can meet native animals and Australian icons like the Koala, or you can meet with some of our more exotic ambassadors like the Capybara. See all encounters & experiences here.

These encounters are your best chance to get up super close with your favourite animal and learn more about them from our expert keepers. Itโ€™s a special experience you will never forget!

Do I need to pre-book for shows, presentations and keeper talks?

No bookings required! All conservation shows, presentations and keeper talks are included in your entry ticket. View all times here.

Should I pre-book encounters and experiences?

Can I arrange a behind-the-scenes tour of Currumbin Wildlife Hospital?

Yes, you can book a 60-minute private tour, which includes all-day entry to the Sanctuary. You'll get an exclusive look at one of the world's busiest wildlife hospitals, watching the vet team live in action, hearing how the 24/7 operation runs, and stepping inside areas guests don't normally see. The tour runs once a day and can be booked for a group of exactly four people here.

Do I need to book the TreeTop Challenge?

Yes, bookings are required to complete the TreeTop Challenge. You can either just do the TreeTop challenge, which you can book via their website, or if youโ€™d like to make it a whole day out, we recommend getting an Experience Pass. This gives you all-day entry to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and lets you complete the TreeTop challenge. See Experience Passes here.

Where do I check in for TreeTop Challenge?

Proceed through Main Entrance and head towards Kangaroo Outpost (map ref. S14). Our friendly staff will be able to direct you.
