TOUR GUIDE POLICY
Tour Leaders, Guides & Escorts are required to remain with their groups on the premises at all times during their visit. A contact mobile number is required at check in at all times.
导遊及领队守则:
导遊及领队必须陪同团队遊览保护园，直到团队离开为止。在到达时，导遊及领队必须向员工提供联繫电话作记录。
LUNCH BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS
Any changes to lunch bookings MUST be made at a minimum of 24hrs prior and will not be changed on the date of visit. Alcohol is not permitted to be brought into the park.
午餐预定:
所有团队必须按园区安排的时候用餐。如果有任何的更改，导遊或公司必须提前至少24小时通知我们。所有客人严禁携带酒精类饮品进入本园。
KOALA PHOTOS
Tour Leaders, Guides & Escorts are required to assist their groups at the Koala Photo precinct.
Groups who present to Koala Photos without a Tour leader, Guide or Escort will not be permitted to have their Koala Photo taken.
考拉照相:
导遊及领队必须在考拉拍照中心协助团队照相。没有导遊及领队陪同的团队将不能跟考拉拍照。
PHOTOS OF CHILDREN
Please advise the tour group that the taking of photos or videos of children are not permitted at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary without parental consent. They may be asked to delete the photo; refusal could lead to removal from the Sanctuary. Please respect the family’s privacy whilst visiting the park.
儿童照相:
导遊及领队必须提醒团队尊重其他家庭的隐私。在没有父母的同意下严禁拍摄或触摸别家的小孩子。拒绝合作的客人将被邀请离开保护园。
SHOWS AND ENTERTAINMENT
Tour Leaders, Guides & Escorts are required to sit with their guests during the shows. This includes but is not limited to;
The Wild Skies Free Flight Bird Show;
The Australiana (Sheep Shearing) Show;
You will be required to ensure your guests remain seated at all times so as to ensure the continuation of the show. If your guests refuse to listen to the request they will be asked to leave the show.

WELFARE OF OUR ANIMALS
As a leader in animal welfare we provide dignity and respect and the best care for all of our animals.
Please educate your groups on the correct treatment of all the wildlife inside sanctuary. If your group is seen to be causing harm or being cruel to the animals they will be asked to leave the Sanctuary.
Kangaroo protocol – Please advise your group to watch the Video on entry to the Kangaroo Paddock.

SMOKE FREE ZONE
Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is a smoke free environment inside the park, there are designated smoking areas on exit please instruct your groups of the location of these areas.
