Currumbin Wildlife Hospital is a property of National Trust of Australia (Queensland) which has grown to be one of the busiest wildlife hospitals in the world, admitting 14,000 animals a year - a service that is provided free of charge to the community. It is imperative that we can continue to treat, rehabilitate, and release wildlife. Koala admissions have increased to almost 500 in 2020, and each koala costs $7000 to treat.
