Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING:

You must agree with the Terms and Conditions outlined and sign a legally binding document prior to your participation in this encounter.

Children must be over the age of 4 years to take part. Children aged under 8 must be supervised by a paying parent on the encounter. Children under the age of 12 must remain supervised by a parent or guardian - if not paying they will need to stay present outside the enclosure for the duration of the encounter.

Wheelchairs and/or walking aids may be accommodated in the space with prior discussion.

Appropriate enclosed footwear must be worn.

In the event of inclement weather, the encounter may be cancelled and will either be issued as a refund or re-booking.

A person may not physically touch an animal in the encounter space unless invited and supervised by a qualified Wildlife keeper.

The encounter may be cancelled at any time due to reasons beyond the control of Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. To ensure the safety of guests and animals. Encounter rescheduling or refunds may be available in these circumstances.

You will be going into areas of the Sanctuary that are not normally accessed by guests, as such you must stay with your keeper and obey all instructions given. Failure to do so may result in the encounter being suspended.

For your safety and the safety of our animals, the encounter will be stopped if participants fail to follow any safety instructions.

No responsibility will be taken for damage to personal items during this encounter.

If you have any allergies or anaphylaxis, please bring this to our attention before you book this experience. This experience involves animal nutrition.

As you are entering a restricted area, no personal photography will be allowed inside the space.

As a condition of participation, I take upon myself all risks and responsibilities in any way associated with this experience. I fully release and do not hold Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary responsible for any accident, injury, harm and/or death to myself or any damage to my property in connection to this activity. When the participant is under 18 years of age, the waiver form must be signed by the participant’s parent or legal guardian.
