The night
The night begins at 6pm, where you'll be greeted with a glass of sparkling wine and gourmet canapes.
- Australian black tiger prawns, Marie rose sauce, avocado mouse with crisp thin finger baguette bread
- Poached and marinated slice of chicken breast with caponata on crisp Turkish bread
- Char grilled vegetable and rocket pesto tartlet
Each couple will have the unique opportunity for a photo alongside a Koala, that will be yours to keep at the end of the night.
Under the Stars
A romantic stroll through the Sanctuary will bring you to the dining area, where your waiter will offer a delicious alternative serve main course to be enjoyed under the stars, while being serenaded by live music.

Slow cooked Gippsland beef sirloin, pommes au gratin, broccolini, baby carrots with red wine jus
alternating with
Crisp skin Tasmanian salmon, lemon infused sundried tomato,
spinach and olive risotto with parmesan wafers
An Experience like no other
Between dinner and dessert, you'll have the chance to meet one of our Tasmanian Devils, Gus.
Particularly active at nighttime, you'll learn all about their playful nature while our keeper shows you how we keep them entertained.

No Valentine's Day dinner is complete without the dessert. Our waiter will bring your table two options - and you can choose whether you want to share!
