Spring into Adventure at the Sanctuary
Flowers, fun and new discoveries for the whole family
Spring has arrived at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and we’re blooming with excitement! Join us for an epic Spring season filled with school holiday fun for the kids, with our colourful spring flower display, fairy and gnome activities, and a new Nutsy show. Don’t miss our brand-new Tortoise habitat talk – where you’ll learn all about their favourite flowers . Come celebrate the season with us and soak up all the flowery fun. 🌸🐢🍯
Spring Bloom
This Spring, the Outback Springs precinct has been transformed into a garden full of colour and fun, with hundreds of blooms bursting to life and real-life fairies! Bring the family along to wander through nature at its brightest, breathe in the fresh spring air, and make memories surrounded by flowers and nature.
Spring Bloom, including all shows and activities is included as part of your General Admission ticket!

Bird Week
Swoop on in! From 20th to 26th of October, we’re celebrating feathered friends with a week full of flocking fun activities for all ages. Join daily activities, workshops and tours to learn more about stunning birds, and what you can do to help protect them. There are also fun activities for the little ones – even a feathery fun game with a sweet prize!

Trick or Treat Week at Astra Lumina
For four nights only, our incredible Astra Lumina light experience will transform into a cosmic Halloween adventure. Expect trick or treating for the kids, face painting, and cosmic entertainers from another galaxy…
Kids who are dressed up in their spookiest Halloween outfits will get in for free (1 child free entry per 1 paying adult).

Backyard Beekeeping Workshop
Interested in learning about native bees and how you can assist them to survive and thrive in an ever changing environment? Join Steve from the Australian Native Bee Company for an interactive workshop, covering all things native bees.
