Australia's Most Colourful Birds

Every day at 8am and 4pm, you can take part in the unforgettable experience of feeding wild Lorikeets. These vibrant, friendly Birds aren’t shy and may even perch on your head! Held just before the Sanctuary opens and as it closes, the feeding sits outside park hours, so no entry ticket is needed. It’s free to watch and get involved, with gold coin donations welcome. You’ll find the Lorikeet feeding arena just inside the Sanctuary’s front gates, before ticketing and check-in.

Over 75 years ago, Lorikeets helped inspire the founding of Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, and even generations later, they still return at the same time and place today.
