I'm a Binturong

Meet Enam, a special Binturong known for smelling just like popcorn and loving a good nap!
These shy creatures, often called 'bear cats', live high in the rainforest canopy. Binturongs like Enam face challenges in the wild, her wild mates need our help.
With their forest habitats disappearing, these unique animals are becoming increasingly rare. At Lost Valley, Enam helps us inspire others to protect them.

Fun Fact

Binturong actually smell exactly like buttered popcorn because of special scent glands near their tail.

A binturong is lying sprawled out on a wooden platform, appearing to rest with one leg hanging off the edge.
