​PARK CLOSURE WEDNESDAY 05/03/2025 TO Saturday 08/03/2025

Due to tropical cyclone Alfred, we have decided to close the park from Wednesday, 5th March until Saturday, 8th March inclusive, for the safety of our guests, staff and animals.

Please do not travel to the park.

• If you have pre-purchased general admission tickets to the Sanctuary, you can use these on any other day. No need to contact us.
• If you have tickets booked for Astra Lumina or an animal encounter, please fill out the below form to rebook on a different day.
• If you're unable to rebook, please contact visitorservices@cws.org.au with your booking details and request a refund.

We will have a team of critical wildlife keepers working during this period to ensure the safety of all our resident animals.
