Halloween – like you’ve never seen it before! Currumbin’s world class light and sound spectacle is turning extra spooky for one week only!

For four nights only, our incredible Astra Lumina light experience will transform into a cosmic Halloween adventure. Expect trick or treating for the kids, face painting, and cosmic entertainers from another galaxy…

Kids who are dressed up in their spookiest Halloween outfits will get in for free (1 child free entry per 1 paying adult).

About The Event

Join us between Wednesday 29th October and Saturday 1st December for some cosmic family fun. For four nights only, Astra Lumina will turn into a cosmic Halloween adventure

And the best part – kids go free (1 free child ticket for every paying adult) when they’re dressed up for Halloween!

FAQ’s

What are Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary's opening hours?

Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is open from 9am to 4pm every day, except ANZAC Day (April 25) and Christmas Day (December 25). Last admissions at 3.30pm daily.

Astra Lumina is open from Wednesday to Saturday with the first sessions starting after dark, which depends on the season.

The Lorikeet feeding is held daily at 8am and 4pm.

Will Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary stay open in bad weather?

The Sanctuary will remain open in light rain. In case of severe weather events, a decision may be made to close the Sanctuary in the interest of guest, animal and staff safety. Our team closely monitors weather and you will be informed if you have purchased a ticket and we have to close due to unsafe weather.

Some activities and/or presentations may be delayed or cancelled in wet weather.
