Insight into Zookeeping

Do you have a keen interest in wildlife and want a real zoo experience? This program gives you a hands-on insight into what it's like working in the zoo industry. It's a terrific introduction to Certificate 2 in Animal Care!
You will be exposed to animal husbandry, animal conditioning, enrichment making, exhibit design, animal observations and record keeping.
This program is no longer available.
*Please note, animal handling is not included as it requires formal qualifications. This program will show you what zookeepers actually do on a daily basis.
