Application: Internship / Work Integrated Learning (WIL)

Please fill in the form below to apply for an internship or work integrated learning placement.

  • Only current university students are eligible to complete an internship.
  • We currently do not host general animal husbandry work placement requests for Wildlife Department Internships. Instead, our Wildlife team will host placements in which a student completes a mutually beneficial animal research project. Projects will be selected on a case by case basis.
  • Final year Veterinary Science students and Vet Nursing students, do not use this form. Please visit the Currumbin Wildlife Hospital website to apply.

WIL applications are currently paused until Mid- May 2026. Any EOIs submitted prior to that date will not be actioned until after that time. Thank you for your interest.
