FAQs
Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is open from 9am to 4pm every day, except ANZAC Day (April 25) and Christmas Day (December 25). Last admissions at 3.30pm daily.
Astra Lumina is open every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday with additional days during school holidays. The trail opens once last light has faded.
The Lorikeet feeding is held daily at 8am and 4pm.
Whilst we no longer automatically send out the physical hard copy cards, we are still more than happy to provide via request.
If you would still like to receive a hard copy membership card, please email membership@nationaltrustqld.org and we can organise to send out via post, or you can collect on your next visit to the Sanctuary.
Yes, there is a large car park opposite the main entrance on Tomewin Street, Currumbin. The car park is open from 7.30am - 5.30pm daily.ย
Parking is $10 per car for all-day parking. Parking is free for National Trust of Australia (Queensland) members.ย

Absolutely! If you loved your visit and youโd like to come back over and over again, you can upgrade to an annual membership on the day of your visit. Just head to the Guest Services booth (near the Lorikeet Arena) on the day of your visit, show your day ticket and youโll only pay the difference.
An annual membership costs less than 2x visits, so if you plan to come back, we definitely recommend becoming a member. You will also get discounts on animal encounters, experiences and events. Plus, free parking, and free entry to all other National Trust (Queensland) properties and over 1,000 more special places worldwide.
