Currumbin Rock Pools 

Located alongside Currumbin Creek Road, just a short drive from Currumbin Beach (10-15 minutes), Currumbin rock pools are a gem of Currumbin Valley. Everything is here for a great relaxing, romantic day out– shelter, picnic tables, barbecues, toilets and amenities – and of course, the beautiful rock pools. If you don’t feel like taking lunch or snacks along, there is a café conveniently located directly across the road at 1206 Currumbin Creek Road.

No matter where you’re staying on the Gold Coast, it’s likely you’ll have some awesome day or night markets nearby, an easy and affordable Gold Coast date idea. Try Miami Marketta, enjoy an open-air street food market with global dishes and live music every Friday and Saturday night.  The Sanctuary Markets are held at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary on Friday afternoons, offering food and music in a relaxed outdoor atmosphere. The HOTA Markets are held at Evandale on a Sunday morning, with fresh produce, coffee, and juice.
